Manage Multiple Active Popups

CWILL Pop up Email supports multiple popups so you can create different experiences for different audiences.

Before we start, we need to clarify 4 concepts so that you can understand the following better:

1. Type: CWILL Pop up Email currently supports two popup types: Opt-in popup and Spin wheel popup. Up to one popup of the same type will be displayed during a visit.

2. Hard trigger: Rules unrelated to visitor behavior, including device, page, location, and schedule rules.

3. Soft trigger: Rules based on visitor behavior, including timing and frequency.

4. Position: Newly created or duplicated popups appear higher in the popup library. When multiple popups are eligible, the popup with the higher position is displayed.

The priorities determined by the system are as follows:
​Hard-trigger → Type & Position → Soft-trigger

​E.g. Let's say I enabled:

Opt-in popup 1, Opt-in popup 2, Opt-in popup 3, Opt-in popup 4, and Opt-in popup 5;
Spin wheel popup 1, Spin wheel popup 2, Spin wheel popup 3, Spin wheel popup 4, and Spin wheel popup 5.

​When someone visits my store,

Firstly, the system determines based on the Hard-trigger.
Let's say Opt-in popup 1, Opt-in popup 2, Opt-in popup 3, Spin wheel popup 1, Spin wheel popup 2, and Spin wheel popup 3 meet the Hard-trigger.

Then, the system determines based on the Type & Position: among popups of the same type, only the one with the highest position in the library will be displayed.
Let's say Opt-in popup 1 and Spin wheel popup 1 were left.

Finally, whether Opt-in popup 1 and Spin wheel popup 1 will be displayed in this visit depends on whether the visitor's behavior meets the Soft-trigger.

Multiple sticky discount bars will be displayed up and down at the top of the page, as the picture shows below.

Multiple sidebar widgets are displayed according to the position you set in the CWILL Pop up Email admin, as shown below.

If multiple sidebar widgets are set to be displayed in the same position, they will overlap, as the picture shows below.
